We call Alaska home and enjoy being there during all seasons. But, with the long winters, we need to get “outside” to maintain our sanity. The four of us have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for many years, sometimes together or with our families. We’ve spent time in Bucerias, but it wasn’t until the winter of 2013 that we considered buying property there. We all enjoy the quiet, easy going pace of Bucerias. There are many wonderful restaurants, shops, galleries and markets within walking distance.

The people of Bucerias are very helpful and friendly. We’ve gotten to know many of our local neighbors and business people in the area. And with Puerto Vallarta close by, we can still spend time there on the Malacan or at the marina and visit many of the places we’ve enjoyed over the years.

 

This truly is our home away from home so it is equipped with many of the extras you don’t find in most rental units. We have strived to outfit our unit with everything we think our guests would need to be comfortable, so you aren’t spending precious vacation time shopping for basic essentials. Here you will find comfort and luxury and you only need to buy your food and refreshments, everything else is provided for you. We know you will enjoy our place as much as we do.
